We are a progressive R.C.V.S accredited practice offering a service of the highest standards for domestic pets, horses and farm animals including our own 24-hour on-site emergency cover with our own on-site night vet, meaning that there is no need for you to ever travel to Worcester or Birmingham should your pet require veterinary attention out of hours. Our R.C.V.S accreditation means that as well as providing an extensive 24-hour emergency service, we have also satisfied rigorous inspection standards including high standards of clinical care, hygiene, and staff training and it also ensures that we have many types of diagnostic equipment on our premises, such as an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, E.C.G and digital x-ray facilities to provide you and your pet with a professional and efficient service. We also have seperate dog and cat waiting and hospitalisation facilities, all aiming to ensure that the time spent with us is hopefully as stress free as possible for you and your beloved pet.

Led by Head Vet Graeme Shepherd and his wife Alison, we are team of dedicated vets, fully qualified and student registered veterinary nurses (as we are also an approved Veterinary Nurse Training Centre), reception and administration staff, all with a wealth of knowledge and expertise for you and your pet, priding ourselves on our friendliness and professionalism .
